Combining the understated talents of German trumpet player Tim Gelo, and one of America’s finest poet’s, the superb Richelle Claiborne. Whodoo takes the listener to the world of electronic jazz related music through the colourful sound creations of Dee C’rell.

The Fool and the Thief is a down-tempo, contemporary electro-acoustic jazz composition that brings Dee C’rell back to electronics and grand piano, alongside the trumpet tones of German musician Tim Gelo. Combining the elements of electronic sound manipulation, acoustic piano, the subtle tones of German trumpet player, Tim Gelo, and the electroacoustic treated down-tempo rhythms, The Fool and the Thief merges all of the possibilities of contemporary electro-acoustic jazz in an exquisite composition.

Dee C’rell Featuring Tim Gelo
Hologram is a combination of down-tech jazz collages of sound manipulation and instrumentation, over a steady progressing electroacoustic treated electronic dance related rhythm. With Tim Gelo’s skilful mastery on trumpet, and the contribution of Dee C’rell’s rhodes and steinway piano, Hologram is no obvious dance related jazz composition. Constantly pushing the boundaries, Dee C’rell takes the listener on a journey through the musical world of contemporary electro-acoustic jazz.
