On the far side, Little Tempo&#8217;s steel-pan player Tsuoshi &#8220;Tico&#8221; Habu transforms the tune into a breezy West Indian daydream, tracing dotted link between Tokyo&#8217;s club and Caribbean island rhythm culture.
