Nite People is Buscemi\u2019s 6th solo-album, without any doubt a very diverse album and probably Buscemi\u2019s most pop-related album.<\/p>\n

Joined by Portugese co-producer Henrique Marques, Dirk composed 12 tracks dedicated to nite life.<\/p>\n

In the past 15 years Buscemi became a real nighthawk as most of his work as producer, musician and dj happened at night. So it might not come as a surprise that night life is the main inspiration for this album.<\/p>\n

The album features contributions by Luc Van Acker, Anna Domino, Jo Lemaire, Mr P (singer from Sabena),
\nKyoko Baertsoen (ex-Hooverphonic and ex-Lunascape), Assunta Mandaglio (Balaxy Orchestra), model Lynn Verlayne
\nand sax player Bobbi Suzuki from Japan.<\/p>\n

The two iTunes bonus tracks are the Miles Davis cover \u2018Raise to the Scaffold\u2019 which Buscemi especially recorded for the London based
\nAfro-Art recordlabel of Paul Murphy. The second track \u2018Collapsing in An Elegant Way\u2019, a 4 year old Buscemi-track that received a beautiful
\nupdate by the Atlanta\/Florida based collective Mama\u2019s Moonshine. Lyrics by : Erik Harris and Anjenai Green (Mama\u2019s Moonshine)
