Hideo Kobayashi Feat. Lisa Taylor – Right Here

Going from strength to strength, Fuente Music drops another exquisite, silky, female vocal deep house slo-mo stormer produced by label honcho, Hideo Kobayashi. Right Here features Lisa Taylor, a Hawaii born, Santa Cruz based R&B singer who Hideo met in 2013, while remixing 2 songs that featured her vocals, produced by Henry Sarmiento (Sonic Vista Studios, Ibiza). The funky, boogie back rhythm guitars are played by Hideo’s good friend and sometime DJ partner, renowned Japanese producer, Shigeru Tanabu (Beat Pharmacy). This release also features a couple of remixes by JT Donaldson.

The original Right Here oozes a sun-drenched & laid back, summery kind of vibes. With glistening strings & brass stabs and boogie rhythm guitar & rhodes that chugs slowly into a neo-disco, boogie sunset saudade, with Lisa’s spellbinding, sweet vocals mesmerising you to dance away the fandango!

Having known JT for sometime since his sojourn in SF as a neighbour at Counterw8 Studios (RIP!), for sometime Hideo wanted to ask him to do a remix of one of his productions. For this release, Hideo co-remixes Right Here with JT as well as asking him to do a solo remix. JT’s signature chunky beats and hypnotic synth stabs, expands the boogie horizon for more beatdown, floor devastation.
