Monday Michiru needs no introduction in her native Japan where she starred in the film, Hikaru Onna. She has been a leading force in underground dance music and remains the undisputed queen of the acid jazz movement. As a solo artist, she has released over twelve albums, several compilations, remix projects and numerous singles. Monday has decided to blend her talents with some of the Adventure Music label’s Brazilian roots. Recorded and mixed on six winter days in New York, Monday takes us on a brilliant journey across her personal musical spectrum.
