it’s back, once again. celebrating 19 years of soulsearching this month, show 719 kicking off with a little musical excursion version including music & art by the likes of Nicolas Jaar, Uffe, Dinosaur, Dewey Redman, Sarathy Korwar and Romare . . .
then into the Futuristica Music 10 Year Retropective Reflection Mix by head honcho Simon Skolfield, who has released gems by Emanative, Deborah Jordan, Mr Beatnik, Marc Rapson and J.Mcfysian (almost forgot how good his “For You” is!) over the last decade, phew, time flies. Big thanks, Simon, and keep it like this. Time for another tea afternoon in London soon, it’s been quite a while !
and finishing off, way too short though, with a sincere goodbye to one of the greatest songwriters and melody makers behind countless supersongs, Rod Temperton, have a safe onward journey and thank you very much.
